Established during 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes started as a family company in the Northern Italy's biggest industrial place. During the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, a wide range of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming equipments.
The company started crane production during 1963. Eventually, the business pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru presently makes and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These machinery are engineered and designed for a variety of applications and there are available models that could cover all construction needs.
FMgru has several really flexible lifting options for smaller companies working on private houses and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes offer 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are extremely adaptable and user friendly. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes offer a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are regular tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are great for any building or construction project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are specially designed to work in tight sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are situated in close proximity to each other.
