Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a large range of optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you complete all your requirements, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. When both precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you need.
The Future
Many attachments have been engineered and made in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to position materials in a more precise manner. The booms or articulating booms come with 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New attachments and products are being made and designed all the time and will debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. Like for example, load-reach management devices are able to restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are used to be able to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the boom's extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
